About Us
AYA Trust Securities is the securities and investment banking arm of AYA Financial Group. We provide Corporate Finance and Advisory services such as IPOs, corporate transactions for listed companies, underwriting, share placement and fund raising services to our retail, corporate and institutional clients in both the debt and equity capital market. Products and services offered to our retail investors ranges from trade execution to distribution of capital market products.
AYA Trust Securities is one of the licensed securities firms in Myanmar, licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM) on 1st March 2016, under License No. 003. AYA Trust Securities holds four licenses granted by the SECM: Underwriting, Dealing, Brokerage, and Advisory.
