What is Registration on YSX's Pre Listing Board ?
- Registration
refers to the process by which a company’s shares are officially accepted and
made available for trading on Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) Pre Listing Board.
- Pre Listing Board (PLB) is a
new market of YSX in order to provide unlisted public companies with
fund-raising opportunities and to build a bridge toward listing on the main
board (MB) of YSX.
- To be registered on the Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) Pre Listing Board, the company must meet (8) registration criteria.
- Registration offers a company a public platform for buying and selling shares, increasing liquidity and providing access to a broader pool of potential investors.
- Registration also enhances a company's profile and reputation, boosting its visibility to potential customers, partners, and investors.
