Dematerialization
  • Dematerialization is the process of converting physical share certificates into electronic form.
  • As soon as a public company gets listed on the stock exchange, its physical share certificates become invalid, meaning they can no longer be traded on the exchange.
  • To enable trading of these shares in electronic form, the process of dematerialization must be completed, converting the physical share certificates into electronic form for exchange trading.
  • To dematerialize their physical share certificates, customers must open a securities trading account and submit the original physical certificates to AYA Trust Securities.
Share Pledge
  • We provide services related to share pledging, helping individuals and companies use their YSX’s listed and registered shares as collateral to secure loans.
  • Share pledge refers to the process where an individual or companies (the pledgor) uses shares they own as collateral to secure a loan or debt. In this arrangement, the shares are temporarily transferred to the lender (the pledgee) as security until the loan is repaid.
