Customers can cancel the erroneous order via Mobile App or AYA Trust iTrading platform. Go to Order Book, click “Cancel” on the erroneous order. Please kindly be informed that order cancellations with intention to manipulate the market price may warrant investigation by SECM.

When password is forgotten or lost, customers can contact AYA Trust Enquiry at +95 1 386255~58.
When security answers have been answered correctly, AYA Trust IT team will carry out password reset.
Customers are required to change password to desired password upon log-in.
